Caryne Kinne – VP Customer Success
Caryne leads the Customer Success function and is responsible all customer-facing support functions within the organization including customer onboarding, support, retention and outcomes. Caryne and the Customer Success Team are customer advocates charged with ensuring our customers achieve the goals and outcomes they expected when selecting the Etail platform.
She also leads Etail’s innovative Customer Success Plan offering, which partners with customers to accelerate their business growth through strategic direction, exclusive business-building tools, and dozens of other Growth and Optimization (GO) strategies. Caryne brings extensive c-level experience within the SaaS software industry including being COO of both Scrimmage, a sales engagement and mobile learning company and Paisley, a governance, risk management and compliance company. She also was vice president of client services at Thompson Reuters, a multinational media and information services company
