Vice President of Sales
VP of Sales will be responsible for building and managing our sales organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track-record building and motivating SaaS sales teams. The candidate should have experience in revenue maximization and should be comfortable in a mentorship role.
The Etail Sales Executive (ESE) is mostly an inside sales role which may require occasional travel for large opportunities or conferences, but will mostly work with an internal sales and marketing team to manage the rapidly growing funnel of Etail prospects.
Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to internal and external customers related to our SaaS software. This includes providing customer support, escalating tickets and providing assistance in implementation projects.
The Implementation Manager is responsible for driving implementations for a variety of software-related projects. Projects range from set-up, feature usage to product expansion. The IM will be the main point of contact for the customer and will be involved in all aspects of implementation as well as working with the customer and other Etail resources to execute successfully on all components.
