Enterprise Sales Executive
The Enterprise Sales Executive role will consult with new prospects to determine business value as well as work with the Sales Engineering team to perform product demos. Attend industry conferences like Shoptalk and IRCE and work cross-functionally to improve Product, messaging and targeting.
Senior Client Operations Manager
As a Sr. Client Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing operational support to internal and external client related activities. This is a key client facing role serving as the day-to-day client contact providing direct operational support for requests to add new online marketplaces, suppliers or order fulfillment models, research and resolve issues, and provide analytics to clients and CSM.
Client Operations Specialist Team Lead
As an Operations Specialist Team Lead at Etail, you will be responsible for leading the Client Operations Specialist team while also assisting Implementation Consultants and Client Operations Managers by executing various implementation and system configuration. These tasks will consist of initial onboarding implementation, additional feature setup, and sales and supplier channel expansion setup and configuration.
The Sales Engineer role will be the prospect and client-facing SME on the Etail Platform. The role is responsible for learning product capabilities and translating value in external conversations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales engineering experience as well as experience working with ecommerce retailers and merchant marketplaces.
