Enterprise Sales Executive
The Enterprise Sales Executive role will consult with new prospects to determine business value as well as work with the Sales Engineering team to perform product demos. Attend industry conferences like Shoptalk and IRCE and work cross-functionally to improve Product, messaging and targeting.
Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative is an inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting sales role which will work with the Sales & Marketing teams to grow the sales pipeline. The SDR is responsible for re-engaging past contacts and hunting new prospects.
The Implementation Consultant position is a client facing position. These projects will consist of initial set up projects, additional feature usage projects and product expansion projects. You will be the main implementation contact for the customer and will be involved in all aspects of implementation including planning, prioritizing, consulting, and working with the customer and other Etail resources to execute successfully on all components.
Client Success Manager
The Client Success position is a client facing position. Strategic role will be to engage existing account base to retain subscription renewal and increase revenue by upselling existing and new product offering. The CS will lead and manage client relationships and advise on appropriate add-on product technology, future implementations, product training and support services.
The Sales Engineer role will be the prospect and client-facing SME on the Etail Platform. The role is responsible for learning product capabilities and translating value in external conversations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales engineering experience as well as experience working with ecommerce retailers and merchant marketplaces.
